I want the kids to see--and enjoy--so many of those places we went. We haven't taken a "real" vacation in ages, mainly because of the expense. I keep telling myself, when they grow up, that memories made on such a trip will be what they retain--not new tile in the bathroom or a new TV. Daddy and Mama made the right decision to spend their money on those memories for us. And I will be forever grateful to Teddy Kennedy for stopping to acknowledge us adoring young fans (on more than one occasion!) and to our parents for willingly letting us hang around in the hopes that we would meet him!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
